My name is Richard Chan, and I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the Art Institute of Portland, majoring in Multimedia & Web Design. During my early years after graduation, I registered myself as a small business in Oregon and worked with agencies on web development contracts and subcontracts for local and out-of-state businesses. I eventually transitioned to full-time positions as a Web Developer and Tech Lead.
